Delivery

All orders are shipped with DHL and DPD as parcel, package or insured package. Delivery to packing stations or branches is possible by specifying the packing station number or branch number.
 
DHL- packing station
You can pick up your package from a packing station. You must be registered as a customer with DHL. Post number and packing station number must be specified. You will be informed by e-mail, SMS or DHL app as soon as you can pick up your package at the packing station. You can collect your shipments within 9 days with mTAN and customer card, when it fits best. In the packing station broadcasts fit with a minimum Size- 15 x 11 x 1 cm and a maximum Size- 60 x 35 x 35 cm.
 
DHL- branch
You can pick up your package from a branch. You must be registered as a customer with DHL. Postal number, branch and branch number must be indicated. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as you can pick up your shipment. You can pick up your package within 7 working days.
 
DPD pickup package shop
You can pick up your package from a pickup package shop. The address of the DPD Shop must be specified as the delivery address. You will be informed by e-mail or SMS as soon as your shipment is delivered to pickup package Shop. You can pick up your package within 7 calendar days.
 
Customer pickup
You have the possibility to get your order by appointment. On-site cash payment accepted or the order is paid in advance via PayPal, bank transfer or credit card.
